CDA’s new National Pilot Program

 

CDA’s new National Pilot Program for High School Teens was approved by the U.S. Institute of Museum & Library Services.

The program rolled out in November 2015. It is taught in Los Angeles in association with the Los Angeles County Libraries. Please check our calendar for upcoming classes that are being provided FREE of charge to the public through June 2016.

The class is intended for High School Teens ages 13-18. Some of the content is not appropriate for younger participants.

This interactive workshop is 1.5 hours and is broken into modules: Suicide, Alcohol & Drugs, Bullying, Cyber-Bullying, Stalking, Cyber-Stalking, Date Crimes, Trafficking, and our special Awareness, Prevention, Evasion & Self-Protection Safety Module.
